Anima is a character's self-replenishing life-force. When not at the maximum of 100, a character recovers a few anima points every several hours.
Anima is consumed by using any of the following actions:
- Teleporting oneself* from any location to a previously visited Aetheryte Crystal (Typically 4 points, but cost depends on your current location and the destination)
- Teleporting from an Aetheryte Crystal to one of its associated Aetherial Gates (1 point)
* Accepting a teleport offer from another player is free.
