Upon attempting to clear loose crystals away from an unusually large formation, expedition scholars were intrigued and alarmed─mainly alarmed─to discover a live dragon. None know whence it came or wherefore it is so full of rage...though one naturalist did admit to having poked it in what might have been its eye.

Attack Name Description
The Scarlet Whisper Wide frontal cone AoE. Deals continuous damage for a short time before it finishes.
Akh Morn Obvious stack mechanic. Hits multiple times, and will pick a new target if the original one dies, so make sure to stack even if you can't make it to the marked player in time. Hits ~3 times to start with, with an additional hit for each time its used after. Will one-shot a solo player.
The Scarlet Price Drops a small AoE (orb?) on a random player.
Hot Tail Super long line AoE (width of boss body). Stand on his sides to avoid, just not within his hitbox.
Diffractive Break Massive donut AoE, with the safespot being max cast distance or directly inside his hitbox.
Ice and Levin Drops multiple lightning bolt AoEs during the cast, and cast finishes with a massive donut AoE, with the safespot being max cast distance or directly inside his hitbox.
Ice and Wind Forms tornado AoEs near the boss and summons multiple Ice Pillars.
Ice Pillars Multiple AoEs spawn around the arena. After a few seconds, they drop giant icicles in the middle. After a short time, the icicles will do a massively long line AoE in the direction of a random player.
Ehedral Swat The boss will jump away and three copies of him will appear in random sides of the arena. After a short time, they will charge across the arena, doing damage to all players in a wide line AoE. Ice Pillars can spawn during this. The best method is to move outside of the arena (won't hit you if you're on the bridge).

Advice and Tips

  • For Ehedral Swat, you can also stand near one of the copies where one of the other copies isnt charging towards.
  • Stack inside the boss hitbox for Ice and Levin while avoiding the lightning AoEs.
  • Remember that Akh Morn will jump to a random player if the original dies, so its best to stack with others anyway in case you are targeted next.
