As of the [[Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood|Stormblood]] expansion, Piety was demoted from being a primary attribute to a "Role" attribute. Piety now works only for Healer role classes and jobs, and has no effect for all others. Piety materia is also no longer restricted from advanced melding since it is no longer treated as a main attribute.

Increasing a character's Piety will have the following effects:

    • 1 Piety = 8 MP at Lv. 50
