While the situation outside is grave, it's vital that we do not incite panic among the refugees. There's no point trying to hide the truth from them, though. The best we can do is offer them our support and protection until this all blows over─assuming it does blow over, that is.

Even though the threat to the star has been averted, it's still not safe to venture outside. As such, many of the refugees will remain here. In fact, this station is set to play a central role in the reconstruction efforts.
With plenty of room to store supplies and the relative comfort provided by the carriages, one couldn't ask for a better base of operations─well, under these circumstances, at any rate.
