Omega

Omega has 3 distinct phases, during which it uses the following moves and mechanics.

Phase 1

Attack Name Description
Atomic Ray Deals moderate raid-wide damage.
Mustard Bomb Tankbuster.
Ballistic Impact Marks each player with a large AoE. Deals moderate damage and leaves behind Fire Puddles. Players will need to deal with Flamethrower during this.
Flamethrower Multiple cone AoEs will spread outwards in a ring from Omega. Happens during Ballistic Impact.
Fire Puddles Deals moderate damage while standing in it, and if you stay too long will afflict you with a Burn debuff that deals heavy tick damage.
Wave Cannon Will use either Starboard or Larboard Wave Cannon. As soon as the attack goes off, Omega will spin 180° and use either Starboard or Larboard Wave Cannon again. Being hit applies a Vulnerability stack.
  • Starboard: Massive conal AoE attack (larger than 180°) on Omega's right. Move to his left side to avoid.
  • Larboard: Massive conal AoE attack (larger than 180°) on Omega's left. Move to his right side to avoid.
Peripheral Synthesis A line of Rocket Punch adds will spawn along an edge of the arena and begin moving across it. Deals moderate damage, applies a Vulnerability stack, and knocksback players it touches. Players must use Omega Jammer to kill them as they take very little damage from regular attacks. Do not need to kill all of them; just stand in between where some have already been killed.
Omega Jammer A Duty Action that gives players access to a large OGCD AoE. Used to kill Rocket Punch adds.
Program Loop Signals the start of Phase 2.

Advice and Tips

  • Be careful of Wave Cannon and remember that the boss will turn and cast it again immediately after, so your safe spot may move.
  • make sure to use Omega Jammer to kill the Rocket Punch adds.

Phase 2

Attack Name Description
Blue Floor The edges and center of the arena will glow bluegreen, leaving a donut shaped arena for players to move around in. Touching these parts of the floor will instantly kill the player.
Level Checker Spawns in the center of the room on top of the central Blue Floor. Casts Executable. Must be killed before it casts Force Quit.
Executable Does multiple different actions in order with each cast.
  1. Storage Violation: Eight meteor circles will spawn around the room and each player will receive a 15 second Looper debuff. Standing in the Meteor Circles cleanses the Looper debuff. For each Meteor missed, players will take extra damage and receive a 30 second Damage Down debuff.
  2. Reset & Reformat: a large AoE will spawn centered on the level checker along with four Storage Violation meteor circles inside the AoE. Each player will also receive a 15 second Looper debuff. Wait for the initial Reset AoE to go off, then all players need to stand inside the meteor circles, with at least 1 person per circle, while the large Reformat donut AoE goes off in what was previously the safe spot during Reset.
Looper If the timer runs out, causes players to lose control and run around, likely running into the Blue Floor. Can be dispelled by standing in Storage Violation.
Force Quit Cast after all Executable actions have been executed. Will wipe the raid if it finishes.
Delta Attack Omega's Ultimate. Players must use Omega Jammer on the Conductive Focus that spawns in the center of the room. If the Electromagnetic Induction Gauge isn't fully charged by the time Omega finishes the cast, the raid will wipe. Signals the start of Phase 3.

Advice and Tips

  • Make sure to stand in Storage Violation to dispell the Looper Debuff.
  • You will need to target the Conductive Focus in the center of the room to use Omega Jammer on it.

Phase 3

Uses all abilities from Phase 1.

Attack Name Description
Peripheral Synthesis Has a new variation where it will spawn 1-2 massive untargetable Rocket Punch adds along the side of the arena. After a few seconds, it will charge across in a straight line AoE (covers about ~30% of the arena)
Electric Slide Obvious stack mechanic.
Blaster Used during Mustard Bomb. Targets a random player with a tether that must be picked up by the OT and taken away from the group. Deals heavy damage in a massive AOE around the tethered player and applies Paralysis to anyone in it after Mustard Bomb goes off.

Advice and Tips

  • Many of the mechanics will start to overlap in this phase; don't get overwhelmed!
  • Many of the attacks are dodgeable, just focus on avoiding them so you don't wipe.
