The second time it is used, summons a second boss that must also be killed to finish the fight.

After the intial attack hits, you will have ~3 seconds to move to the newly safe tile. Deals heavy damage and applies a Vulnerability stack. Terrible Blade also knocks the player into the air on strike.

• Rotation 1: Boss jumps to either North or South and remains stationary there. Uses Depth Grip, Falling Water, and Rising Tide in sequence.
• Rotation 2: Boss jumps to the center and Four Ripples appear. The Ripple mechanic is resolved at the end of the cast, which in turn summons Depth Grips the length of the arena on each side from North to South, leaving a gap on either side on opposite ends of the Arena. Players must move to the end of the side that spawned first to avoid the initial Depth Grip hits, then move to the other side to avoid the second set.

• Four Ripples: two ripples on one side from the grates closest to the center of the room, and two ripples on the other side from the grates in the corners. Tanks/Melee should take the two closest to the center, while the Healers/Ranged should take the two in the corners to allow for better uptime.
• Eight Ripples: Each grate has a ripple, but 4 of the grates have Depth Grip hands spawned in the water behind them in alternating order. Players need to stand on the grates without a Depth Grip to avoid summoning any adds. The Depth Grip will kill the adds that would have been summoned.
