Deals unaspected damage with a potency of 2,000 to all nearby enemies.

Additional Effect: 10-yalm knockback

Additional Effect: Increases Faerie Gauge by 10 for each enemy hit
Increases Faerie Gauge by 10 when used to restore HP of self or a party member while in combat.
