Welcome, welcome. I'm Buscarron, and this is my place.
Soldier, merchant, adventurer─it don't matter to me as long as you follow Druthers etiquette. That is: sit down, forget your worries, and savor your ale.
After: Into the Beast's Maw
Always a pleasure, my friend. No doubt you're weary from the road. Sit yourself down wherever you like.
The Qiqirn firewater still wants for aging, but we've got no shortage of other quality brews.
After: The Ultimate Weapon
Seems you've been keeping busy of late, lad. What's all this talk I hear about you becoming some great hero, eh?
Well, whenever the weight of fame gets too heavy, you just bend your course hither. Whatever you might be outside, at the Druthers you're free to be just another soul seeking a moment of respite.
After: Build on the Stone
Well, if it isn't Forename! I hear tell that you and the Scions've relocated to Mor Dhona.
It's a long way from here, to be sure. Which gladdens me all the more that you've made time to pay old Buscarron visit.
After: Spirits Most Foul
If you see Spenser around, tell him to get his sorry arse back in here. Bastard stumbled out without paying his tab...again.
After: Through the Maelstrom
Forename, what a pleasant surprise! I heard they opened up a tavern at Revenant's Toll, and I was afraid you wouldn't come here any more.
But of course, I needn't have worried. It ain't only the grog what brings people to the Druthers, but the camaraderie. And that is something we've got in abundance.
After: Before the Dawn
I hear you're in a spot of bother, lad. Whatever happens, know that you'll always have a home here at the Druthers.
By the way, do you know what's become of Laurentius? Last I heard, he'd turned over a new leaf and joined the Crystal Braves.
After: Keeping the Flame Alive
...So the rumors about Laurentius are true!? That bloody fool! He had a golden chance to start over, and he went and shat all over it!
I'd set aside a bottle of my best mead to celebrate his release, but it looks like we won't be opening it after all. Instead, I'm going to smash it over his head the next time I see him!

- Alehouse Proprietor, Triple Triad Player
- Biography
- The proprietor of Buscarron's Druthers, this Midlander man once served as a sentry, keeping watch over the paths of his forest home. When a new watchspire was constructed, he was released of this duty, and so came to open his tavern.
Now forty-eight, Buscarron once saved a young Laurentius from a wild beast. Though he became a regular customer, Laurentius himself seems to have forgotten this incident, and Buscarron has not had the heart to remind him.
