Making Second Lieutenant in any Grand Company will allow transferring between Grand Companies.
In addition to Private Third Class, Deliveries require unlocking the Disciple of the Land or Disciple of the Hand the player wishes to deliver for in order to deliver items.
TBD = "To be determined". The icons, names, and GC seal caps exist in the game's data, but there is currently no known method of unlocking the higher ranks marked with TBD yet. (The seal caps are likely to change when they're finally able to be unlocked, so no point in adding unconfirmed information yet.)
