Although Gaia, the girl who had previously launched an attack on Eden, has finally awoken, her amnesia prevents you from learning much of her origins. For the time being, the best course of action appears to be continuing with efforts to restore balance to the ambient aether of the Empty. The next element is lightning, which once ravaged the Gandof Thunder Plains in the time before the Flood of Light. Your memories of Ramuh give corporeal form to the crackling aetherial energies drawn forth.



Requirements: 1 to 8 players (2 Tanks, 2 Healers, 4 DPS) Class: Disciples of War or Magic ※ Limited jobs can participate only in a preformed party meeting party size requirements or an unrestricted party, and if duty rules allow. Level: 80 ※ Level will be synced upon entry. Average Item Level: 455 ※ While synced, all item stats are adjusted. ※ Role and item level restrictions are lifted for parties meeting minimum size requirements.

Rumuh has only 1 phase, during which he uses the following moves and mechanics.

Attack Name	Description
Crippling Blow	Tank buster.
Stratospear Summons	Summons either 2 AoEs at West and East, or 4 AoEs at each corner of the arena. After a few seconds, the AoE goes off, dealing heavy/lethal damage to any player standing inside. Summons a spear to each AoE, with a single spear being much shorter than the others. Immediately followed by Judgement Jolt. Can be combined with Stormcloud Summons.
Judgement Jolt	Immediately after Stratospear Summons. At the end of the cast, the large spears explode in a massive AoE, blanketing that side of the arena with lethal damage. Summons ~14 Surge Orbs around the arena.
Surge Orbs	Grants a 50-second Surge Protection stack on pickup, with a maximum of 3 stacks. Picking up a new orb refreshes the timer on the stacks. Necessary to live through Divine Judgment Volts. Stacks are consumed when hit by Thunderstorm or Stormcloud Summons. Picking up 4 orbs changes the debuff to a 30-second Static Condensation debuff that is refreshed for each stack picked up. Does not provide protection from listed abilities while also reducing HP recovery on yourself.
Judgment Volts	Moderate roomwide AoE damage. Consumes a Surge Protection stack. Summons multiple Surge Orbs around the arena.
Fury's Bolt	Enhances Judgment Volts to Divine Judgment Volts.
Divine Judgment Volts	Fury's Bolt enhanced Judgement Volts. Deals heavy roomwide AoE damage and applies a Vulnerability stack unless you have a Surge Protection stack, instead dealing moderate roomwide AoE damage. Consumes a Surge Protection stack. Summons multiple Surge Orbs around the arena.
Tribunal Summons	Summons an assortment of Ixions to charge across the arena. Standing in the wrong place can get you knocked back off the arena and killed. Can be combined with Stormcloud Summons. Single Ixion: Summons 1 Ixion at North or South that charges down the center lane of the arena, knocking back all players ~1/3rd of the arena and dealing moderate damage to all players with Deadly Discharge. Standing in the center lane at the end of this cast deals lethal damage. Triple Ixion: Summons 3 Ixions along the East or West, alternating lanes. After a short amount of time, they will charge across the lane they are standing in, dealing heavy damage and knocking back all players ~1/2 of the arena. Quad Ixion: combination of the above patterns.
Thunderstorm	Summons multiple small and large AoEs around the arena. 6 sets of 4 small AoEs ~1s apart followed by 4 large AoEs targeted on either the tanks/healers or the DPS, then it repeats one more time. Being hit by any of these AoEs deals moderate damage and applies a Vulnerability stack, and also consumes a Surge Protection stack.
Stormcloud Summons	Marks 2 players with purple arrows. After ~5 seconds, it drops a stormcloud where the player was standing that pulses every few seconds with an AoE about ~1/3 as wide as the arena. Consumes a Surge Protection stack if hit by the AoE. If the stormclouds are too close to each other, they tether and absorb each other, making a giant stormcloud that pulses roomwide AoE damage and applies a Damage Down debuff and a Vulnerability stack (unless you have a Surge Protection stack). Drop the clouds in opposite corners to avoid absorbing and give the most space for people to avoid the AoEs. Can be combined with Tribunal Summons and Stratospear Summons.

Advice and Tips

When there are 2 Stratospear Summons, the safe spot will be past the dotted line on the short spear side. When there are 4 Stratospear Summons, the safe spot will be the small space in the corner by the short spear.
You can see when the Tribunal Summons are going to charge, as they have a cast bar in the aggro list.
