You'll start off on The Misery against 5 Banshees, alongside Lyse, Alphinaud, and Alisaie. Lyse can actually conceivably solo whatever she's attacking, but at the very least you'll want to gather the rest and AoE them down. Once they're dead, 4 more will spawn, simply take them out like the first group to prepare for the island.

Your allies will remain on the boat as you move on to The Teeth, so head on land for the first pull. First you'll face an Ancient Ymir and two Craklaws. Most decently geared parties can also pull the upcoming group of 2 Banshees and a Reflection of Karlabos. Of all of these, the only real attacks to worry about is the conal Head Snatch from Ancient Ymir, and the Tail Screw that targets a random party member (Thankfully this just does damage rather than dropping them to 1 HP like the boss variant.) Once they are dead, proceed onward past a chest to Spae Rock and the first boss, Lugat.

Advice and Tips

• Remain in melee range whenever possible, only breaking away to dodge Concussive Oscillation.
• Focus on dodging and it should fall soon enough.
• All attacks are Physical.

Chest

Once those two groups are dead, grab another chest and proceed on to The Jane Guy itself. There's a Skinless Skipper and 4 Skinless Deckhands here, as before you can pull them up the stairs to avoid the fireballs, leaving the only threat the Skipper's Dark attack. The Skipper will likely outlast its minions, so if you need to use any single-target attacks to renew buffs, make sure to target it. Move on to Warden's Delight and face The Governor.

• Simply be ready to run away if targeted by Enter Night, and keep an eye on the Grovellers to figure out where to stand, and you will breeze through these mechanics. All attacks are Magical.

Chest

2 more Warden's Hounds are up ahead, and while you CAN pull them forward it's not recommended: There's only one more trash monster so damage won't increase too much, and it's more a mini-boss that should be focused down. This final trash monster is the Fleshless Captive. It uses Dark, but the biggest attack is Seductive Scream. This will Seduce everyone and cause them to slowly walk towards the Captive, who will follow up with the heavy magic attack Flood. Your tank or DPS should attempt to stun or silence it every time. Once it's dead, head into the Glowering Krautz and the final boss, Lorelei.

Advice and Tips

• Use the relatively easy first round to get a feel for how far you walk so you can prepare accordingly as the safe areas get smaller and smaller.
• Both Ill Will and Somber Melody are spells, while Virgin Tears, Morbid Advance, and Morbid Retreat are abilities/weaponskills.
