| Though the Wanderer's Palace was a temple dedicated to Oschon, guardian deity of Nym, its history is a tragic one. Towards the end of the Fifth Astral Era, a terrible and deforming sickness came upon the maritime civilization. Finding no cure, the hale Nymians feared the plague, and came to abhor those stricken. In time, they locked the infected within the temple, sealed them in with magic, and drowned the place in water from Iron Lake so as to forget that the ailing had ever existed. [1] |
