| The First Dicasterial Observatorium of Aetherial and Astrological Phenomena was established at the behest of Archbishop Thordan VII to observe the stars and use them to predict events to come. Led by Forlemort, the predictions made here determine the survival of Ishgard by predicting the movements of the Dravanian Horde decades ahead of time.
