  • Harried as ever with the seemingly neverending preparations for Starlight, Amh Garanjy welcomes your offer of continued assistance. To that end, she bids you consult with young Isainne, whom the celebrant-in-chief has tasked with ensuring that the decorations in Mih Khetto's Amphitheatre are up to seasonal standards.
※Please note that you will be unable to complete this quest after the seasonal event has ended. For details, please check the Lodestone.
  • You arrive at the amphitheatre, where Isainne laments that her associate Kamlito Halito has once again failed to capture the spirit of the season─if the talk about town is to be believed. Follow her to the Shaded Bower to see precisely what might be the matter with the slipshod snowmen he made.
  • After a brief discussion with Isainne over by the Shaded Bower, you come to the conclusion that the snowmen all appear to be facing the wrong direction. Survey the scene and see if you can't set things straight.
  • A turn there, a twist here, and the snowmen now face a more intuitive direction, so as to welcome festival-goers to stores selling seasonal delights. Take pride in a job well done, and share your observations with young Isainne.
  • You report back to young Isainne, who is predictably overjoyed at seeing what you have done with the snowmen. Your rejoicing is interrupted, however, by the ever-abrasive Kamlito Halito, who looks down his nose at your efforts, defending the “efficiency” of his own work and proclaiming that the entire event would be more successful were he in charge. Insulted by his insinuations that Starlight is all about greed and receiving material goods, Isainne stomps off─leading the Saint of Nymeia to come to the scene and deliver his charge a good scolding. With hope that the youth might have learned his lesson this time, you return to Amh Garanjy to claim another hard-earned reward.
  • Back at the amphitheatre, Amh Garanjy offers her gratitude for your continued aid in preparing for the Starlight festivities, and bids you reward yourself for your efforts with yet another present from the twinklebox. She asks that you do not go far, however─much and more yet needs be done before the celebration can commence in earnest, and your further assistance would be more than appreciated.

I'm heartened to see you've decided to stick around. Apparently, there's another set of decorations that aren't quite up to snuff. Would you mind helping Isainne look into the matter and fix things up? I've asked her to wait just outside the amphitheatre.
Oh, hello there. When I was on my way back before, some of the townspeople told me that there's something strange about the snowmen over by the Shaded Bower.
Kamlito was in charge of those as well. I know that he's new to all this, but how hard can it be to make a snowman? Anyhow, let's go and see what's wrong, shall we? I'll race you there!
There's something strange about these snowmen, yes, but...I can't quite put my finger on it. What do you suppose it is?
If you want to take another look from a distance, just ask me!
What will you do?
Turn it clockwise. Turn it counterclockwise. Nothing.
Wow! It's as if the snowmen are all smiling and inviting us in! Who'd have thought that turning them around a bit could make such a difference?
Oh, it's you two. Whatever are you doing lolling about here? I've already finished my latest task. Behold! Take notes and perhaps one day you'll be able to work as efficiently.
What will you say?
Now I see why you work so fast... I believe the word you're looking for is “slapdash”...
Why, the sheer nerve! Might I remind you that you people are lucky a personage as esteemed as myself has deigned to assist with such menial tasks!
In a just world, I would be placed in charge of the entire event, and you would be assisting me! That is where my true talents lie─not in making silly snowmen and putting lights on trees!
You don't know the first thing about Starlight! That's why all your decorations were such a mess until this adventurer and I fixed them!
What!? What nonsense is this?
It's true! He actually understands what Starlight is all about! He wants everyone who takes part in the festivities to feel the joy of the season, and it shows in the care he puts into every little task.
Don't you care about making others happy? Or even being happy yourself? Why, I haven't seen you smile once the whole time you've been here!
Wh-Why I never! I came here to do a job, and against my will! Perhaps putting up these ridiculous decorations is enough to amuse a child like you, but I am a man grown─
So what if I'm a child!? I actually care about Starlight, and my decorations will put smiles on more faces than yours ever will!
Smiles this, happiness that. Be honest─Starlight is all about getting presents, yes? Then why don't I give you some coin? With money, you can buy whatever you want!
I don't want your stupid money!
...I'm going back.
Making a poor child cry? Consider me...unimpressed, Kamlito.
And yet, I cannot help but feel that there is more to that child's situation than meets the eye. I shall inquire further─in the meantime, pray return to Amh Garanjy and apprise her of your progress.
Perhaps I could stand to take my work a bit more seriously...
This poor snowman... He's all alone...
Perhaps I could stand to enjoy myself a bit more...
Welcome back, friend! Thanks to your tireless efforts on our behalf, I am pleased to report that we are closer than ever to getting the festivities in full swing.
Don't forget to help yourself to another present from the twinklebox. I daresay you've more than earned it!
