Umbral Heart Bonus: Nullifies Astral Fire's MP cost increase for Fire spells and reduces MP cost for Flare by one-third
Can only be executed while under the effect of Umbral Ice.

Patch 7.05	Potency has been increased from 310 to 320.
Patch 6.08	Potency has been increased from 300 to 310.
Patch 6.0	Endwalker release: Execution requirement changed from both Enochian and Umbral Ice to only Umbral Ice. Recast time changed from 2.8s to 2.5s.
Patch 5.0	Shadowbringers release: MP cost has been set at 800 MP. Potency increased from 260 to 300.
Patch 4.05	MP cost reduced. Cast time reduced from 3 to 2.8 seconds.
Patch 4.0	Stormblood release: Potency reduced from 280 to 260. The effects of this action have been completely revamped. Grants 3 Umbral Hearts on use. A PvP-specific version of this action has been added to the game and can be found at Blizzard IV (PvP).
Patch 3.0	Heavensward release: Blizzard IV has been added to the game.
