Along with his brother Seserukka, with whom he is always seen, Popokkuli is an employee and enforcer of the Amajina & Sons Mineral Concern. Like his twin brother Seserukka, he is possessed of both a feared reputation and impressive strength for someone his size, able to hurl a fully-grown Hyur clear out of a room. He is distinguishable from his brother by his green sleeves, lack of a jacket, and dark trousers; his left eye is a very pale brown and his right is a deep green.
