Trust allows you to enter previously completed dungeons (starting with Shadowbringers) with a party of NPC allies. These allies will gain XP and level up. Party composition must include the same balance of roles as indicated in the duty finder. When first completing duties, you must use the Duty Support system instead.

If you prefer to party with other players rather than NPCs, you should register via the Duty Finder as usual.

※When using Trust, coffers found in the duty will contain fewer items. In addition, some enemies will no longer drop rewards.

Players will be able to level up each of the available avatars, allowing the player to run any of the dungeons with them.

Available avatars can be viewed in the Avatars tab.

The most efficient way to level all NPCs would be to play one Tank and one DPS job alongside your allies, which allows you to level all six of them up evenly together.

Trust Avatars unlock new glamours upon reaching the level cap for an expansion. G'raha Tia (in Shadowbringers) and Estinien (in Endwalker) are exceptions, as they start at level 80/81. They instead start with two outfits to choose from. On the other hand, Krile starts at level 91, but starts with only a single outfit. As Ryne cannot be levelled past 80, she can access only two outfits.
